The purpose of the Planned Giving Program is to raise funds to support our community programs and to purchase a building to house ongoing programs.  Jassac Charitable Foundation, Inc. seeks to involve the community  in more comprehensive and efficient service in an effort to fulfill the Foundation’s  mission.  The community has the opportunity to help fund programming ventures by utilizing the Planned Giving options. Outlined below are the categories in which one can make donations and complete a donor form.

Donations can be paid in a lump sum, annual payment and/or semi-annual payments for a period of five years.  All donations are tax deductible to the extent of the law.

Silver Cross Hospital

Silver Cross Hospital donated $5,000 to our scholarship program to be awarded to deserving graduating seniors in the Joliet, Illinois area.  Five $1,000.00 scholarships were awarded to students from the Joliet area.
